Mainly deals in various Model Kits, Figures, and additional products for toys.
This page will have answers to some frequently encountered questions, please use as a reference.

ORDERS
1. We accept payment methods like Visa, Paypal, etc.
2. Pre-order products are currently accepting full payment.
3. Product tax and shipping fee will be displayed on the shopping cart page.
4. We provide local pickup addresses - 4940 No. 3 Rd #129, Richmond, BC V6X 3A5, If you can pick up at that address, you can use the free shipping promo code "selfpickupVAN".
5. Please note that when you use the free shipping promo code, we will not provide shipping. Incorrect use of this promo code may cause you not to receive your product.

SHIPPING
1. We have an Asian warehouse and a Vancouver warehouse. On the product page, we will identify which warehouse the product is in stock.
2. Products from our Asian warehouses are shipped worldwide by air. Due to international shipping, the tracking number we provide may be delayed by 2 weeks (some countries require the tracking number to be updated after the package arrives there).
3. If the product status is "Pre-order accepted" and "Asian warehouse in-stock", and the customer has used the free shipping promo code, we will not be able to provide the pickup service immediately. When the product arrives at the Vancouver warehouse, we will notify you by email and SMS to pick up the product.
Warranty
1. For customers shopping on our website, if the product is found to be missing parts or damaged parts are unusable, we will provide a free replacement (which will be shipped with the next order or an additional shipping fee).
2. Please comply with the following requirements for warranty service.
3. Please do not open the plastic bag inside the product, and check the completion of the parts through the plastic bag.
4. Parts may fall during transportation, please check carefully whether any parts are in the plastic bag.
This prevents missing parts.
5. If parts are damaged, please do not open the plastic bag, take a picture of the damaged parts inside the plastic bag and send the pictures to us.
